Music Ministry

Praise Team Band and Singers lead the corporate worship times of the church body during the services. A variety of musical instruments are used, including piano,drums, violin, trumpet, and guitars. The singers are members of the Adult Choir. Members of the Praise Team usually serve two weeks each month.

The Adult Choir provides the opportunity to sing in a large group setting. The Adult Choir sings for most Sunday morning services and rehearses most Sunday evenings from 6 to 7 PM. We enjoy a variety of music, includingc contemporary, praise and worship, gospel, and classical. The Choir presents a yearly musical, usually at Christmas time. The Adult Choir is geared for adults and students in 9th grade and older.

The Little Lambs and Junior Praise Children's Choirs meet on Sunday afternoons from 5 to 6 PM, September through May. The Little Lambs (pre-K thru first grade) and Junior Praise (second thru sixth grades) sing for the Sunday morning worship services once a month. Junior Praise also performs with handbells several times a year. Our Children's Choirs are a great opportunity for kids to learn the basics of music theory, harmonization and, most importantly, a way to glorify God through their music.

The Sound Team and PowerPoint Team assist with Sunday morning services and special events at the church. Their expertise helps each service run smoothly and allows the church body to enter into worship without distractions. Members of the Sound and PowerPoint teams usually serve two weeks each month.
